I have worked in numerous industries and have really enjoyed learning about each one. Along the way, I acquired many different certifications to build upon my skillsets, including software testing, IT processes, medical billing & coding, food safety management, real estate, and life coaching. I have run my own businesses and managed a global team. I have found that I have a passion for researching, and that I am a truth seeker in all that I do.

At this juncture in my journey, I am most excited about sharing all that I have learned in any way that might be helpful to others. Life coaching & consulting seemed like the logical next step; a place where I could see others reach their potential and offer whatever kind of support they may need on their own journeys; a place where I can even support teams in their professional goals when they feel stuck and unequipped to make effective progress.

I have 5 kids, very spread out in age, and my husband and I joke about that time in our lives when we were paying daycare costs and college tuition at the same time. Our youngest is nearing high school, and just like that, the other four are functioning adults. I have a passion for marriage life, parenting life, and healthy relationships in general. To be vulnerable, this came out of a long series of failures in my relationship history. It comes from a place of surviving heartache and working very hard to turn things around for myself and for my family.

I made many mistakes, but I also learned so many things along the way that I love to share with others that may be struggling through similar seasons. I'm so happy to say that there is life on the other side of the hardship, no matter how deep it is. I'm so honored to be able to help people work their way out of the dark, whether of their own mistakes, or the abuse they suffered, or the childhood trauma that shaped their inability to recognize unhealthy patterns. I am unable to provide licensed therapy services, but I am here to help you shape the next part of your life. And it's never too late to reframe your next chapter!
